As a leader in the global food industry, LOTTE Wellfood's occupational health and safety management policy aims to create a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees and partners under our new vision, "Lifetime Value Creator."
It is our utmost priority as a company to continuously maintain and improve occupational health and safety.
  • 01We continuously improve the occupational health and safety management system for employees and partners to prevent disasters in compliance with domestic and overseas safety and health laws and other requirements.
  • 02We eliminate potential risk factors and alleviate safety and health risks throughout product development, production, and distribution.

Occupational Health and Safety Management Objectives
In accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management Policy, LOTTE Wellfood establishes the following company-wide objectives for 2022 for the safety and health of our employees and partners.
  • 01The year 2022 is designated as the year of occupational health and safety management in which we pursue zero major disasters.
  • 02To establish a culture of preventive occupational health and safety, all employees and partners shall participate in autonomous efforts for improvement.
  • 03We shall continue to improve occupational health and safety performance through the management of status indicators and maintain S-rating activities for sustainable growth in safety.

LOTTE Wellfood was the first in the confectionery industry to obtain ISO45001 certification in December 2021.
We focus on operating and managing the health and safety management system for its continuous development.
